Reina Nagai is a creative force, using balanced flavours and textures from all over the world – a cooking style of ‘Japanese Cuisine with a global touch’.

She has been creating succulent dishes in Italy, Thailand, Mexico and Spain, integrating each country's tastes, flavours and spices and is very excited about coming to India and using the incredible variety of ingredients available here.

Her balanced, light and tasty dishes never cease to delight and she has garnered quite a global following of celebrities and international food-lovers that enjoy, healthy and delicious fare.

Reina thrives on innovation and carries the tradition of her father and grandfather to a new world stage level.

She is truly an international chef bringing her expertise from her successful restaurant experiences in Thailand, Rome and Ibiza and now India to team up with young professionals from this region.



Ranging from delicately handcrafted gourmet sushi, juicy crispy karaage chicken, tuna tataki in black sesame, Alaskan Gindara in miso, to pickled vegetables or lotus flower salad, to an unforgettable dark chocolate and cinnamon semifreddo.
